Hey bros! Hope you all doing great :)

I'm happy to announce you guys I'm done on editing new ranking system and added it to forum pages. We have been discussing about it for last couple months. I was inactive due to real life companies and not able to handle clan business like as I used to in the old times. So we needed active members leading clan. We made a voting and we've choosed our new Leaders & Co-leaders. I'm happy about it, we know eachother for long time, we are bringing it to another level now.

 it is ready now and we are going on with this system.


New Ranking System:

Ranks are listed like this now:
Founder > Leader > Co Leader > Professional > Senior Assistants > Assistants > Regular Member

-"Founder" rank added. (I left my leader position to our new Leader). I'll be still on charge for giving final decisions like as giving PPLV tag to new member or kicking someone from clan.

- Duty of the Leader:  He must be able to talk everyone in clan. He has to be good with every member since he gonna solve the problems in clan or member's problems with other players.
New leader has power to give green light for starting tests and going to final votes. But the last decision about giving the PPLV tag is still on me as a founder. Also kicking member from PPLV is on Founder's call now. Leader must take care of member's ideas and close watch to clan business.
Leaders must know who are active and who are inactive. For to set promotions in clan, it's needed.
Leader will be tactic leading in game also. For making more useful movements, we will follow leaders or coleaders tactics when it's needed.
On forum, leader gonna edit all topics. Like as new applies. He gonna handle it like as current Coleaders as moderators.
-Leaders will be picked in atleast 1 years done in clan and active members.
-Also inactive Leader will be removed and new Leader will be chosen in Co Leaders.
-If most of members not happy about the Leader, new leader will be chosen in Co Leaders.
That's why Leader must be good with everyone and must be active.

- Duty of CoLeaders: When Leader is not around, they have to do same duty as leader. That doesn't mean "leader is here so I will stay actionless". No, that's wrong. Because Coledeaders has also gonna lead us ingame and we will follow u guys. Same goes on forum topics and boards. Whenever you see something needs to done, you should take action.
Coleaders need to keep clan staying united together. You guys need to give special attention on our members and our enemies. To be careful for their silly moves.
-Inactive Co Leaders will be demoted to old ranks. So Coleaders has to be active also.
-No personel issues between members for coleaders. They must be good with everyone too. If most of members has issues with some coleader, it will be demoted to professional rank.
-Coleaders will be chosen from only in Professional ranked members. For that reason, if you want to be Coleader or Leader, you have to prove you are professional first.

- Professional rank is not highest anymore:  Like as you know, we were Professionals till this new rank system. But now, highest rank is Leader.
And Professional rank is the step for to get on management ranks: Co-Leader and then Leader.
To be Professional, you still need to apply for it if you have this requirements ( http://www.pplv.smfnew.com/index.php?topic=437.0 )
-For that reason Professional rank is most important rank for PPLV members.
Professional members duties are same as before. 


Promotions!

We were all professionals and Lead/Colead at same time before this new ranking system. So I promoted the professionals to new ranks. Also another promotions following list:

-COBRA[PPLV] is promoted to Founder.
lol I know it's weird that I promoted myself but had no chance since I left leader :D

-SuperKiller[PPLV] is promoted to Leader.
It has been more than 10 years in clan since you joined PPLV in 28'th of March 2010. Well done man, I believe you will lead the clan very well!

-Turk[PPLV] is promoted to Co Leader.
Hasma bro you are one of oldest members, since my childhood in real life, you joined PPLV in 17'th of July 2011. But before that date you were unofficial PPLV member spy in other clans ahah. Good times we had and still we having. You leading this clan well too!

-Chev[PPLV] is promoted to Co Leader.
You are one of most active members in clan, with your tactics and smart ideas, you will lead this clan well I believe bro. You joined PPLV in the 23'rd of September 2017 and made great process in that period. I hope you will keep it up! But with the less rage bro :D

-Luca[PPLV] is promoted to Assistant.
It has been more than half year since you join us bro. You did well in our fights and rekt them all the time haha :D Keep it up bro!

-Moose[PPLV] is promoted to Assistant.
You've joined to PPLV with Mai half year ago. We can see your loyality and efforts in clan. You did well ingame fights and got adapted to us  in a short time bro, keep it up :D

Thanks for your efforts guys! Btw, we have less on Professional members now. Our old members should think about applying it! Good luck :)
